About Us. Maiden Voyage Enterprises, LLC is the Company that produces MATERNACARE™ products. We want to
become your primary resource for all of your skin care needs during and after pregnancy. If you have any

Payment Methods. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through PayPal. At the time you
place your order, your credit card will be charged for the amount of your order including applicable shipping and
handling charges and sales tax.
Shipping And Handling. We have no minimum order. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges,
which must be paid at the time of your order prior to shipment. All orders are shipped via the carrier of Maiden
Voyage Enterprises, LLC’s choice.
Product Specifications. Specifications for all products are subject to change without prior written notice, in order to
achieve improved product appearance, design, or performance. Items affected in this manner are not recognized as
valid reasons for return.
Delivery Schedule. We will make every effort to ship your order complete and within a reasonable time, however,
any stated shipping date is an approximate date only.
Back Orders. In the event that we can not fulfill your entire order within 5 business days, we will ship the items
that are available at that time, and we will inform you by email when we expect to ship the back ordered item(s).
After the first shipment of an incomplete order, no additional freight will be charged on subsequent shipment(s).
If we know that an order or any part of an order will not be available for shipment for an extended or indefinite
period, we will arrange to credit your credit card account including any associated shipping and handling charges
for those items that can not be fulfilled.
Tax Charges. Prices listed on this Web site do not include federal, state, local, or other government taxes. Taxes
will be added to your order if you reside in the State of Wisconsin; however, if any taxes are imposed by any
governmental authority on you for this transaction, you will be responsible for paying this tax to the correct
governmental authority.
Limited Warranty. Any warranty associated with a product sold on this site will be included with the product. A
copy of the limited warranty is posted on this Web site here. Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law
are limited in duration to the limited warranty period.
Limitation of Liability. Maiden Voyage Enterprises, LLC shall have no liability to customer for and including but not
limited to lost profits or any special, consequential, exemplary, or incidental damages of any kind whether arising in
contract, tort, product liability, or otherwise, that result from the use of any product sold on this site, even if Maiden
Voyage Enterprises, LLC is advised of such lost profits or damage. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or
exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to
you. In no event shall Maiden Voyage Enterprises, LLC’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of
action exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Indemnification. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Maiden Voyage Enterprises, LLC for and
including but not limited to damages, injuries, or deaths of any kind for any reason from the use or misuse of any
product purchased, supplied, manufactured, or distributed by Maiden Voyage Enterprises, LLC. If your state does
not allow for indemnification of this kind, then this provision does not apply to you.
Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions of Sale and any dispute thereunder will be governed by the laws of
the United States and the State of Wisconsin.
Severability. If any part of these Terms and Conditions of Sale are held invalid or unenforceable, that clause shall
be stricken from the agreement and the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
